ABOUT ME

I am originally from Romania, but I have lived in Austria since 2011. In 2003 I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Sport Science and Physical Education and Psychology and Pedagogical courses. I started coaching in 2003, in 2006 I decided to embark on a career change and became a P.E.Teacher.

Late 2011 I realized that I was missing my actual passion – helping people lead healthier lives. I believe my passion and knowledge around fitness, my urge to empower people to make positive changes in their life and the things I have learnt about mind-body connection in my previous careers helps me create long term success with my clients.

MY VISION

“My full spectrum training principle is based on proper postural alignment, balance, stability, core strength and fat loss/increased lean body mass.”

Happiness is earned through self-work, and it begins with the one thing you carry around every day with you: your body. When I show people they can go beyond their fitness goal, and when they get through a workout they didn’t think they could finish, that is when I see their true selves shine through. I love to say, “There you are!” when I see true happiness come from a workout. Fitness and mental strength go hand in hand. When you take your body to a new level, your cells change. When your cells change, your mind forms new connections. Those connections can be infinite. There is no limit to what you can achieve in life.

Getting started is not always easy. It feels like starting a fire from scratch. You see a hopeful spark, some smoke, and sometimes, nothing. Then you take a deep breath and start all over again. But, I figured out how to keep my fire burning 24/7 and I want to share that with you.

I’ll never stop fighting for myself and others. I’ll never stop learning through experience and literature. The harder I work, the better I feel; and the better I feel, the happier I am. The happier I am, the more I can help others. That’s the secret formula that I want to teach everyone. Just suit up and show up. Love yourself. Never give up and you WILL reach your goal.“

There are always going to be some exercises that you enjoy more than others, beyond simple capability. For example, just because you can physically do burpees doesn’t mean that you always want to, but you might really like doing squat jumps and sit ups instead.
I will be able to tailor your training plan to suit you and what you enjoy, as well as encourage you to do the exercises that are best to achieve your goals.
